The reface of the One School Global Hāwera campus will transform the existing buildings into a calm, contemporary learning environment defined by clarity, cohesion and landscape integration. A new sculptural entry canopy will anchor arrival, introducing softened curves and refined vertical cladding to unify the disparate forms, while a circular skylight brings natural light deep into the heart of the campus. Structured planting of palms, clipped mounding shrubs and layered greenery will frame the architecture, creating a welcoming, resort-like approach that feels both grounded and aspirational. The intention is to elevate the campus identity — giving students and families a sense of pride, permanence and possibility from the very first step onto site.
